Welcome to the workout fitness!
On these pages you will find a variety of videos which deal with all aspects of the Fitness. Exercises from my training, as well as practise instructions that could be helpful to you. If you have any questions to certain exercises, I will answer them with pleasure. You can reach me by my contact link. My main attention is aiming for the health and fitness sport. The most important thing is to do the exercises controlled and precisely. Too often young sportsmen don''t follow this aspect. For example, a weight far too heavy is chosen and training is started with no regards to ligaments or tendons. The most frequent mistake is training with too much momentum or an improper execution.
The workouts which I introduce here were exercised in the studio as well as at home. Fitness does not always include training in a fitness studio. Of course there is a big choice of professional training devices in a studio, but with little equipment at home, you can do a good weight training. Push-ups are already an excellent practise on their own. A huge number of muscles is involved and there is a great choice in different implementations (see e.g. one-armed push-ups).
Here you come to my videos
What is the best duration for a workout?
To a beginner I always recommend to not to demand too much of himself. If the training is carried out twice the week for a beginning, this is still better than five days a week, followed by exhaustion an a loss of motivation. Slow increase is the key to succes. Also small steps lead to the goal. Just 30 minutes twice a week are a very good start.
Which exercises should be performed during these 30 minutes?
There is no unique solution (no one-size-fits-all). Everybody should pay attention to his body and recognise where his "weak spots" are. If you choose one or two exercises for yourself, you can systemtically work on these weaknesses. Your motivation will increase with as you see your improvements and achievements along your training. The fun increases and without saying the training intensity increases.
